Las Golondrinas de Triana, bar ubicado en tan legendario barrio, fúe fundado en 1962 por Eduardo Rodriguez, pasando a finales de los 70 a ser propiedad de Paco Arcas donde en compañia de su familia, esposa y 3 hijos siguen manteniendo hasta la actualidad la direccion del mismo.

Sus tapas, raciones siguen la tradicion desde hace casi mas de 50 años, tanto en proveedores como en forma de elaborar las mismas, fundamentalmente en plancha, chacinas y aliños que siguen gozando del reconocimiento parroquiano.

Si te gusta el tapeo y la cerveza fresca es un sitio que tienes que ir. Las puntitas de solomillo, los champiñones y el "abanico" son tres cosas de las que yo probé que tengo que decir que estaban muy buenas. Un ambiente muy agradable aunque un poco apretados ya que acude bastante gente.
