Calle Sierpes (o de las Sierpes) es el nombre de una tradicional y concurrida calle comercial de Sevilla (Andalucía, España).

Se sitúa en el centro de la ciudad, comenzando en la plaza de la Campana y terminando en la plaza de San Francisco, donde está el Ayuntamiento.

La calle, peatonal, está llena de comercios, reconocidas confiterías, cafeterías, y tabernas, por lo que siempre hay sevillanos, turistas y extranjeros transitándola, de compras o aprovechando su tiempo de ocio. También pueden encontrarse estatuas humanas, mimos, músicos, pintores e incluso mantas de improvisados vendedores ambulantes.

Con la llegada de la primavera y el buen tiempo, hasta la finalización del verano, se colocan toldos a la altura de las azoteas, con lo que ésta y otras calles próximas quedan completamente entoldadas, para resguardar del calor a los viandantes.
