BUILDING Metropol Parasol "MUSHROOM INCARNATION

The Metropol Parasol is a wooden structure of modern design which is located in the traditional square of the Incarnation.

It has dimensions of 150 x 70 meters and a height of 26 meters and has been designed by German architect Jürgen Mayer. the building  emphasizeby its 2 large columns of concrete that house elevators access to the viewpoint.

It has become a tourist attraction over the historic center of Seville. Its shape of fungus causes be known popularly as the "Mushrooms of the Incarnation"

The old Cordoba Station which nowadays is a shopping center known as "plaza de armas". it has Neomudejar style, its architecture is inspired by the Great Mosque of Tangiers and in the courtyard of the Myrtles of the Alhambra.

it is Hidden under a plastic tarp and behind a thick tangle of trees, the old Cordoba Station, the first that was in Seville, it is an example of neomudéjar style that prevailed at a time of strong investment in rail infrastructure.
