Key collection takes place at the Palace Hotel Sevilla Plaza de la Encarnacion n.17 located 200 meters from the Hotel, 24 hours service. Reservations made with stay between April 12 and April 21, Holy Week, May 04 to May 12, Fair, either in full or take some day between these dates: • Cancellations and Modifications made up to 30 days before the arrival date without expenses. • Cancellations and Modifications made less than 30 days of the day of arrival, cancellation costs 100% of the total stay. • No Show 100% expenses of the stay. Respect to the rooms reserved in non-refundable rate generate 100% of the expenses in NO SHOW and CANCELLATIONS. THE HOTEL WILL CHARGE 50% IN ADVANCE IN RESERVATIONS OF FREE CANCELLATION AND 100% IN RATES NOT REIMBURSABLE. RESERVATIONS OF 2 OR MORE APARTMENTS WILL BE APPLIED SPECIAL CONDITIONS, 50% OF THE STAY WILL BE CHARGED AS A DEPOSIT (Cancellation up to 15 days before)
