very good very good location, everything at walking distance Very glean Power went down now and then. Advice was to push tje switches up again. They should have found out what caused the problem I think.

An excelent appartment in centre town It was very new and clean The plastic cover of the matrass made the sheet wet from perspiration every night !

Great clean apartment Spotlessly clean and well located, good air conditioning and roof terrace and other outside areas available to sit. Not easy to find, we arrived at night and the directions from the hotel where you check in wasn't too easy when you don't know where you are

Conforto e localização excelentes A localização é ótima. Dá pra ir aos pontos turísticos principais a pé. O quarto é muito organizado, confortável e limpo. O atendimento no check in e check out é muito cordial. O preço. Mas é compreensível pela sua localização e estrutura.

Honest opinion excellent location. Clean and well appointed apartment. Previous posts have said it lacked knives and tea towels; those were both there. The roof terrace is lovely and a really nice place to sit with wine and nibbles before hitting the city in the evening. In the basement of the apartments there are washing drying facilities available so you need very few clothes with you! Seville is a lovely city and the apartment is centrally located so there is easy access to everything you want to see and do. Although booking.com advertises as an apartment with balcony please be aware that the apartment has a juliette balcony. There is a roof terrace to sit out on and also two other balconies that are not accessed through the apartment. This doesn't spoil your enjoyment of the property.

EXCELENT Location is amazing, we walked everywhere. Well equipped, with a coffee machine, hair dryer, little iron and ironing board, fridge and basic utensils. I enjoyed the coffee! Additionally, it's very clean which we appreciated. The windows look onto a wall and little air can get in, so we had to turn on the AC during the night. The AC is directly above the bed, so we both got a cold overnight. I suppose if you're used to it, it doesn't matter.

La discreción del personal escasa La ubicación y comodidad del apartamento Indiqué en la reserva que era un regalo y al llegar al hotel a pagar dijeron el precio delante de mi pareja. Creo que sería necesaria un poco más de discreción.
