EXCELENT Loved the location and the bed was very comfortable. Good wifi and the street below was quiet. The internet router needed resetting because we couldn’t hook up to the wifi and the staff came over from the hotel to fix it immediately. On arrival, after a long travel day, it was a bit of a hassle to check in at one location to gather a key and then to go back out searching for another address to get the apartment. Also it would be nice to have sugar, creamer and more coffee in the room. The half price Flamenco show tickets were not for a great performance. I would rather pay more and go to a better venue.

UGH, the check in process The building is in a fabulous location in Seville. Admittedly, it took us a good 36 hours to get our bearings with all the winding streets, but it is charming and a great location. I did see other reviewer complain on this, but the check in was not easy. For whatever reason, the online checkin they sent did not submit for us and when we got to the building there was no note or instructions on what to do. After SEVERAL calls, someone from their site picked up and it is a hotel around the corner. There has to be a way to make this less stressful for travelers, especially foreign travelers. Also, while there is a coffee machine they only provided us with 2 pods for our 3 night stay. And, while we thought we would take advantage of the burner for morning breakfast, it wouldn't go on and by the time the hotel sent someone we realized there wasn't any amenities such as oil, salt or pepper. Poorly thought out kitchen.

Conforto e localização excelentes A localização é ótima. Dá pra ir aos pontos turísticos principais a pé. O quarto é muito organizado, confortável e limpo. O atendimento no check in e check out é muito cordial. O preço. Mas é compreensível pela sua localização e estrutura.

Honest opinion excellent location. Clean and well appointed apartment. Previous posts have said it lacked knives and tea towels; those were both there. The roof terrace is lovely and a really nice place to sit with wine and nibbles before hitting the city in the evening. In the basement of the apartments there are washing drying facilities available so you need very few clothes with you! Seville is a lovely city and the apartment is centrally located so there is easy access to everything you want to see and do. Although booking.com advertises as an apartment with balcony please be aware that the apartment has a juliette balcony. There is a roof terrace to sit out on and also two other balconies that are not accessed through the apartment. This doesn't spoil your enjoyment of the property.
